IONIA — A grand opening for the new Ionia County Animal Care and Control facility will be Saturday in Ionia.
The event will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 3853 Sparrow Drive, Ionia. People are encouraged to bring their families to tour the new facility, meet the staff and see the pets available for adoption.
People can bring their dogs for some fun playtime and test their skills on the agility course courtesy of Lee Anne Sims of Sims Funny Farm.
