STANTON — Roger Klock, 21, was arraigned at the 64B District Court in Stanton on Monday in connection with a break-in that occurred on Nov. 1 at Randy Merren Auto Sales in Greenville.

Klock was developed as suspect by the Montcalm County Sheriff’s detectives after an analysis of trace evidence that was collected at the scene.

He was living in the area at the time of the break-in, however, Klock has since moved from the area.
Detectives were able to learn his location and, with the assistance from the Traverse City Police Department, he was arrested and returned to Montcalm County.

Randy Merren Auto Sales had sustained damage during the break-in and it is believe Klock was intending to steal a vehicle. He was interrupted by employees arriving for the work day and no cars were taken.
