Carson City-Crystal superintendent interviews Tuesday and Wednesday

CARSON CITY — Interviews for a new Carson City-Crystal Area Schools superintendent will take place Tuesday and Wednesday in the CC-C Media Center.

Bob Swanson retired as CC-C superintendent last August, but remains with the district as a financial consultant. Duane Ellis was hired as interim superintendent after Swanson retired.

Interviews will be 6 p.m., 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tuesday for CC-C High School Principal Devin Pringle, Houghton Lake Community Schools Superintendent Kevin Murphy and Peach Springs (Ariz.) Superintendent Scott Dunsmore.

Interviews will be 6 p.m., 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. Wednesday for Battle Creek Middle School Principal Garth Cooper, Hesperia High School Principal Dennis Peacock and Midland County Director of Special Education Mark Moody.

The public is welcome to attend.
