Missing children last spotted in Flat River found safe

EUREKA TOWNSHIP — Three missing children have been found after Montcalm County Sheriff’s deputies and Greenville Department of Public Safety officers searched and located the children Saturday evening.

Officers responded to the call regarding the missing children at 5 p.m. on Stakes Road near Baker road near the Flat River, who were last seen in the river.

All three children, ranging from ages of 10 to 12 years old, were playing in the area when family members could not locate them.

Greenville Department of Public Safety officers located all three children a short time later near M-91 and all three were safely transported back to their family.
