GREENVILLE – Due to construction, Spectrum Health United Hospital’s main entrance will be moved to a new temporary location.

The move to the temporary location began today and is due to construction taking place in the current main entrance, registration and lobby areas.

The new location will be the prior emergency department walk-in entrance, which will be open from 6:30 a.m. until 8 p.m. Visitors and patients can use the emergency entrance after hours.

Patients should plan to use the new temporary entrance if visiting Spectrum Health United Hospital for the following reasons:

• Visitors

• Laboratory patients

• Diagnostic imaging patients

• Heart & Vascular Center patients

• All other outpatient service patients

All emergency patients and ambulance traffic should use the marked emergency entrance, now open at the Stanley and Blanche Ash Emergency Department.
