Fenwick couple killed in Missouri motorcycle crash
ST. LOUIS — Authorities in St. Louis County, Mo., have identified the two people killed in a collision between a car and a motorcycle as a Fenwick couple visiting family while on vacation.
The crash happened Thursday near the Interstate 44 overpass and Big Bend Road when the car was making a left turn.
St. Louis police on Friday identified the motorcycle riders as Jeffrey and Ronda Gallagher, both 49 years old. They were pronounced dead at a hospital. The driver of the car was unhurt. No citations or charges have been issued.
Jeffrey owned and operated Timely Transport for several years. He was a member of Shiloh Community Church and the Masons of Stanton. Ronda worked at Wal-Mart in Grand Rapids and was member of Shiloh Community Church.
Funeral services for the couple are at noon on Friday at Shiloh Community Church. Visitation is Thursday 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Shiloh Community Church.
