GREENVILLE — The Montcalm County Treasurer’s Office will host an open house this weekend to show off condos and duplexes in Greenville that will be auctioned off later this month.

Treasurer JoAnne Vukin will host an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday to show off four new townhouses and two new duplexes in the Forest View development on the north side of Greenville West Drive.

“These beautiful homes are located in a very pretty setting that is quiet and peaceful,” Vukin noted.

The properties will be auctioned off at noon Sept. 25 as part of the annual Montcalm County no minimum bid foreclosure auction on the third floor of the Montcalm County Administration Building (old courthouse) in Stanton.

Starting bids for all properties up for auction will be $50 each.

Visit montcalm.org for details and photographs of the numerous countywide properties up for bid.
