Howard City Police Department searching for tire thief

REYNOLDS TOWNSHIP — The Howard City Police Department is searching for a suspect after a homeowner witnessed someone stealing new truck tires Monday.
The suspect’s vehicle is described as a full size, “fire engine red,” very clean pickup truck, possibly with an extended cab. The truck was driven by a a white male in his 50s. The vehicle was last seen towing a very clean white car dolly.
The homeowner last saw the suspect’s vehicle fleeing southbound on Amy School Road toward M-82 around 3:30 p.m. Monday.
