Actions taken:

1. Approved the November meeting minutes.

2. Approved the treasurer’s report.

3. Approved the payment of bills.

4. Approved to donate three corners for remonumentation.

Discussion items:
1. Received reports from the library, county commissioner, asses- sor and Michigan Township Association.

2. The township received a “thank you” card for its cemetery upkeep.

3. Supervisor Tom Sova said he is still working on a building ordinance and is waiting to receive feedback from the attorney.

Members present: Supervisor Tom Sova, Clerk Coleen Myers, Treasurer Sharon Swindell and Trustees Bill Lutherloh and Tom Sanders.
