CC-Crystal 39, Tri County 30: The Eagles went across the county to face the Vikings and came back with a win Wednesday night. Hailey Geister led CC-Crystal with 14 points and nine rebounds, Mikayla Duflo added 11 points and Mackenzie Geister scored 10 for 35 of the 39 Eagle points. Tri County got 13 points from Kaylie Caverley and 10 from Alexis Firovich. Records: CC-Crystal is 8-2, Tri County is 7-4. Next games: CC-Crystal is at Coleman Friday, Tri County is at Ludington Tuesday.

Tri County 2-0 in conference: The Vikings were double-winners Wednesday night in a pair of Lakes 8 Conference meets, beating Ludington 66-12 and Fruitport 42-17. Nick McGhan, Tommy Gilbert, Thomas Reetz, John Zuzulka and Jayson Van Dyken won both their matches for Tri County. Records: 15-6 and 5-1. Next meet: at the Lakeview individual tournament Saturday.
