Crash victims identified in Tuesday’s two-car collision

BUSHNELL TOWNSHIP — The Michigan State Police Lakeview Post has released the names of those involved in Tuesday morning’s two-car collision that sent three individuals to the hospital in critical condition.

According to Trooper Ed Brinkman of the Michigan State Police Lakeview Post, at approximately 7:30 a.m., two men from Sumner were traveling westbound toward Greenville in a 2005 Saturn Ion when the vehicle crossed the center line and collided with an eastbound 2010 Ford Fusion, driven by a woman from Greenville.

The driver of the Saturn is Jeremia Mohr, 17, of Sumner, and his passenger is Zachary Mohr, 20, also of Sumner.

Zachary Mohr, who was flown from the scene by AeroMed to Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, is still listed in intensive care Wednesday afternoon.

Jeremia Mohr was transported to Sheridan Community Hospital by ambulance and was listed in critical but stable condition Tuesday.

The driver of the Ford Fusion is Abigail Hodges, 53, of Greenville. She was was transported to Carson City Hospital by ambulance and was listed in critical but stable condition Tuesday.

The crash remains under investigation. Neither alcohol or speeding are believed to be a factor in the incident and all occupants were wearing seatbelts.
