Central Montcalm school board to interview 6 for superintendent position

STANTON — The Central Montcalm Public School Board of Education has recommended six candidates to interview for the superintendent of the district.

The top spot is currently being covered by Interim Superintendent Amy Meinhardt, following Kristi Teall’s resignation as superintendent as of June 30.

The six candidates selected for initial interviews are Jeff Budge, Peter Bush, Herve Dardis, Roche LaVictor, Charles Muncatchy and Andrew Shaw.

Interviews will begin at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the high school media center. One candidate will be interviewed prior to the regular school board meeting at 7 p.m. and a second will be interviewed after the meeting at 7:30 p.m.

Two more interviews will be July 21 and the final two candidates on July 22.
