50 to 75 Montcalm Township recall signs stolen

MONTCALM TOWNSHIP — A reported 50 to 75 “Yes, Recall Phyllis Shilling, township treasurer” campaign signs have been taken from the yards of various supporters of the Citizens for Responsible Government in Montcalm Township.
The Montcalm County Sheriff’s Office is investing the reported thefts, which apparently occurred Saturday and Sunday throughout the township.
There are no known suspects at this time.

Montcalm Township residents will vote Nov. 8 whether to recall Shilling from office.
