GREENVILLE — Greenville Department of Public Safety officers are investigating a pair of accidents on M-57 on the city’s west side.

The first accident at M-57 and Greenville West Drive has been cleaned up. A Ford Ranger heading west on M-57 hit a Ford Mustang on the side.

One woman from that accident was transported to Spectrum Health United Hospital in Greenville for treatment of minor injuries. The other driver was not injured.

Public safety officers found the accident while leaving Meijer, where a female was arrested for shoplifting.

While leaving the scene of the first accident, a public safety officer drove up on another accident one block away at M-57 and Maplewood street.

No injuries are being reported in that accident.
