With the arrival of crisp fall days and the occasional snowfall, many local residents are eager to get out hunting. While many hunters would be satisfied to see something worth shooting, four Carson City men enjoy the thrill of the shoot — on film. Mark Brown, Adam Eller, Gabe Stanley and Mike Swagart are hunters and videographers for “No Limits Outdoors” — a television show that features videos of average hunters pursuing deer, bear, turkeys and other wild game.

The new Crystal Community Center is filling up fast. EightCAP’s Head Start program and the Crystal Community Library both are planning to move into the former Crystal Elementary School. However, plans to relocate the Crystal Department of Public Works are on hold for now.

I think most of you know I’m a huge baseball fan. Most importantly, a huge Tigers fan.

Ice hockey fans will no longer have to travel to Grand Rapids or beyond to practice, play or just skate for fun.
