Willis, turnovers too much for Greenville

It took Holland just under three minutes in the second quarter to open a four-touchdown lead and secure its third straight football victory. Dutch quarterback Corey Willis scored six total touchdowns and his team forced five turnovers in an impressive 56-35 win over the Greenville Yellow Jackets on Friday night at Black Field.

Within a week so many different hunting seasons are opening that it’s a real quandary to figure out what to hunt and where.
Sept. 15 seems to be the magic day for many hunters, so I suppose the best thing to do is simply make a quick choice and hit the woods or fields.

State ranked opponents are nothing new to the Greenville Yellow Jackets football schedule.

Golf Emporium instructor fourth at Michigan PGA

Going to Joseph Pollack at the Golf Emporium for lessons is a good idea, since he fixed his own swing with good results.
Pollack finished fourth in the Michigan PGA Professional Championship, held Aug. 29-31 at Eagle Eye and Hawk Hollow golf courses. He shot 6-under 210, which was seven shots behind winner Scott Hebert. Eric Dovre was second at 8-under, and Brian Cairns was third at 7-under.
